Pursuit Coordinator /Sr. Pursuit Coordinator

Reports to Marketing Manager
This position is primarily responsible for the coordination, design, copywriting and delivery of pursuit materials that meet our brand standards and align with the company’s strategic position and goals.

Pursuit Responsibilities:
  • Lead pursuit coordination process for proposals, interviews and other pursuits
  • Perform design and copywriting for all pursuit efforts
  • Lead pursuit-related meetings and track deadlines/responsibilities
  • Create new infographics and page layouts for a broad range of pursuit materials
  • Gather research and data related to clients, competitors, vertical and geographic markets
  • Assist in tracking and reporting of key pursuit-related metrics
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, business development and project teams to support the company’s business development initiative and go-to market strategies
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain company’s pursuit resources including resumes, project cut sheets, knowledge database in CRM, Creative Cloud Libraries etc
  • Assist in coordinating vertical market efforts including tradeshows, direct mail pieces, speaking opportunities, etc
  • Research and write content for case studies, project descriptions, proposals, award submittals etc.
  • Support additional marketing efforts and initiatives as needed, including events, holiday campaigns, award submittals and project-related marketing needs
  • Data administration and coordination in company’s CRM system
  • Coordinate professional photo shoots and maintain photo library
  • Perform updates to R&H’s website as needed
  • Represent R&H in key industry associations and at events
  • Represent and communicate the R&H brand and services

Education / Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree: one to six years of AEC industry experience
  • No degree: three to nine years of relevant AEC industry experience
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years experience with proposal coordination, writing and design, ideally in the AEC industry
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and CC Libraries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM/database software, Cosential by Unanet preferred
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to collaborate with R&H and industry peers
  • Strong writing, editing and critical thinking skills
  • Broad knowledge of commercial construction terminology and methods preferred
Work Environment:
  • Full time in office environment
  • Current and potential project sites
  • Networking and industry events
  • Occasional travel to R&H’s Bend, Oregon office for pursuits/marketing needs
Salary Range:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 annually DOE
